Tessellate Support Services
Tessellate is a Tasmanian, not-for-profit, specialist disability support provider, with a strong focus on young people with developmental needs such as Autism, FASD, Down Syndrome or intellectual disabilities. We are part of the Pathways Tasmania group of services who also run a Youth Shelter in South Hobart called Launch Youth, and an alcohol and other drug rehabilitation service in Moonah called Hobart Transformations.

Our Vision
To be the preferred provider of disability support services for young people with developmental disabilities throughout Southern Tasmania. We will achieve this by creating Life. Changing support for our clients and their families with our focus on targeted training and utilising the latest evidence-based practices, to deliver innovative and laser-focused support solutions.
